Responsibilities

Coordinate and manage assigned client accounts to ensure high service standards

Act as a liaison between clients and internal departments to support account needs

Maintain accurate account records and documentation

Assist with reporting, scheduling, and account updates

Support process improvements to enhance client satisfaction
