Job Summary Sales Operations owns sales execution infrastructure and discipline. This role ensures Sales operates inside defined rules, data is clean, forecasts are real, and performance is measurable.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities CRM & Pipeline Discipline
Owns deal stage enforcement
Ensures required fields, next steps, close dates
Prevents stale or manipulated pipeline
Forecast & Reporting Support
Supports forecast accuracy
Maintains pipeline and performance dashboards
Ensures consistent definitions and reporting
Quotas, Territories & Comp Mechanics
Territory setup and maintenance
Quota configuration and adjustments
Comp plan mechanics and reporting (not design)
Sales Performance Visibility
Rep activity vs outcomes
Stage conversion rates
Sales cycle tracking
Deal aging analysis
Qualifications
5–10 years in Sales Ops or RevOps
Hands‑on CRM experience (HubSpot, Salesforce, Dynamics, etc.)
Experience supporting complex B2B sales
Familiar with comp plans and territory models
Ideal Candidate Profile
Hands‑on CRM experience (HubSpot, Salesforce, Dynamics, etc.)
Experience supporting complex B2B sales
Familiar with comp plans and territory models

Is detail‑oriented
