Insurance Sales Representatives

This is a

fully remote, relationship‑based sales role

with a proven commission structure. You’ll work with

warm, consumer‑requested leads

— individuals who have already expressed interest in insurance solutions. No cold calling or door knocking. Appointments are conducted virtually as you help families understand their options and protect what matters most.

What You’ll Do

Contact warm leads to schedule virtual or phone appointments

Build trust and guide clients through coverage options

Meet with approximately 10–15 families per week (full-time)

Learn and apply mortgage protection and retirement solutions

Develop leadership skills and mentor new agents as you grow

Compensation & Growth

Commission‑only compensation (average $500–$700 per family)

Performance bonuses and incentives

Typical first‑year earnings: $70,000–$125,000+

Leadership income potential: $150,000–$300,000+

Residual and passive income opportunities

Ongoing training and one‑on‑one mentorship
