Lightcast.com is a global leader in OTT and streaming technology, powering thousands of broadcasters, ministries, universities, media networks, and brands worldwide. Our Media Cloud Platform enables customers to stream, manage, and monetize live and on-demand content across all major devices. We’re expanding our Sales Team in Charlotte and are looking for a driven Account Executive who’s passionate about building relationships and closing deals in a high-growth SaaS environment. Responsibilities

Manage the full sales cycle: discovery, demos, proposals, and close. Work closely with a dedicated team of BDRs who support you with outbound prospecting, lead nurturing, and inbound lead qualification. Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified outbound and inbound opportunities. Understand client needs and recommend the right Lightcast solutions. Collaborate with marketing, customer care, onboarding, and leadership. Attend networking events and trade shows to build relationships and generate leads. Meet and exceed monthly revenue goals. You should have

Bachelor’s Degree 3+ years in SaaS sales, account management, or tech sales. Proficient outbound prospecting efforts including qualifying by ICP, monitoring for intent signals, and proper follow up required to nurture a sales pipeline. Strong communication and presentation skills. Ability to explain technical concepts clearly and confidently. Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot a plus).
