Remote (based in your region) About the Role Circle Logistics is expanding, and we’re seeking experienced Cradle-to-Gate representatives who are ready to build a book of business
and
grow into Branch leadership. This is a full-cycle business development role —
you will cold call, sell our services, onboard the accounts you close, and manage/cover your own freight with carriers.
You own the customer relationship end-to-end while benefiting from strong operational and administrative support. You’ll have autonomy, real earning potential, and a clear path to Branch Management for leaders who can grow, retain, and scale a profitable book. to expand market presence and generate new business Sell Circle’s transportation solutions and convert leads into long-term accounts Fully manage and grow the accounts you bring on — relationship, service, retention, solutions Cover your own freight: develop carrier partnerships, negotiate rates, ensure profitability Monitor service performance, address escalations, and ensure on-time pickup and delivery Work directly with leadership on pricing and account strategy Maintain service KPIs and uphold Circle’s communication and performance standards Leverage provided technology for prospecting and pipeline development, including SalesIntel, ZoomInfo, and HubSpot What We’re Looking For 3–5 years
in logistics, freight brokerage, or transportation sales Comfort and confidence with
cold calling, outbound sales, and building a book from scratch Proven success managing both shipper accounts and carrier relationships Excellent communication, negotiation, and follow-through skills Proficient in Google Workspace & Microsoft Office Familiarity with CRMs ie:
HubSpot, SalesIntel, and ZoomInfo
