What You’ll Be Doing:
Be the go-to expert for residential property investors by educating them, originating our game-changing loan products, and helping them achieve their financial goals. Stay ahead of the curve by mastering our lender product offerings, guidelines, and systems to seamlessly guide loans through Due Diligence, Underwriting, and Closing processes. Spread the word by distributing compelling marketing materials and conducting customer qualification analyses. Maximize your impact by efficiently managing company-supplied leads and Salesforce contact databases, ensuring timely follow-up and quality lead handling. Crush your targets by consistently exceeding weekly, monthly, and annual origination production goals. What We’re Looking For:
Experience:
1+ years in residential/commercial mortgage lending (or equivalent). Skills:
A natural talent for sales, customer service, negotiation, and problem-solving. Education & Licensing:
A Bachelor’s degree is a plus, and mortgage state licensing is not required. Your Reward:
Base Salary:
$50,000 annually. Commission:
Earn up to 40 BPS of commission PLUS profit sharing of deal economics on the closed loan amount. Total Pay Range:
$150,000 to $185,000 annually, with bonus opportunities. All Loan Officers hired in 2026 will be granted shares in the company through our Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) Why Ternus Lending?
