Main Responsabilities and Duties
Driving sales of enGenome bioinformatics product and services, particularly in Germany, Benelux and Nordics Identify new potential customers and manage a funnel of leads and opportunities in CRM Develop and execute a strategy to gain market share and achieve sales goals Develop and maintain relationships with customers and build lasting partnerships with them Establish relationships with Key Opinion Leaders, consortia and business partners Offer after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention Participate in conferences and on-site visits to promote products and build relationships Provide feedback from customers to help guide the product development Requirements
Knowledge of the Clinical Genomics space 2 years’ experience in sales or as a product specialist in the genomics market Strong business development and sales closing skills High degree of analytical and organizational skills Strong communication (verbal and written), presentation and interpersonal skills. Fluent in German and English Willingness and ability to take on additional responsibilities and undertake challenging tasks and/or projects Ability to use data to inform all decisions What We Offer
