About The Role
Spend time with customers in their homes to determine their home improvement needs while providing outstanding customer service
Absolutely NO cold-calling or lead generation required. All leads are warm & pre-confirmed
Focus on selling – learn our primary product lines, presentation, and negotiation skills
Work closely with leadership and mentors to achieve milestones
Apply consistent effort and a great attitude to meet planned sales goals/quotas
Promote company products and services
Develop, present, and negotiate sales contracts
Provide best-in-class customer experience
Work a full schedule, including evenings and Saturdays
Key Qualifications
Ability to work evening and Saturday appointments
In‑home sales or B2C sales experience is a plus
Must be self‑motivated and results oriented
Positivity, flexibility, determination, and a persuasive personality
Exceptional customer service
Ability to meet and exceed goals
Works successfully without requiring close supervision
Road warrior; own a reliable vehicle, have a valid driver’s license, and enjoy being on the road
