What Youll Do
Develop and maintain strong relationships with contractors, wholesalers, engineers, and building owners.
Identify and qualify prospects, manage your sales pipeline, and achieve sales goals.
Deliver consultative, solution-based sales and an exceptional customer experience.
Stay current on products and market trends through ongoing training and workshops.
Travel with factory partners to customer sites to build and maintain relationships.
Work from our Hanover, MD office twice a month to collaborate with your team.
What You Bring
Bachelors degree preferred; High School diploma required
2-5 years of sales experience (commercial or industrial sales a plus)
Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills
A results-driven mindset and passion for providing top-tier customer service
