THIS POSITION IS FOR LICENSED INSURANCE SALES PRODUCERS ONLY. If you are not licensed, do not apply. We are a South Florida based insurance agency hiring Property & Casualty Insurance Producers to sell new personal lines business from our office. This is not remote and not customer service. This is a commission only producer role with a 90-day performance trial. Location
IN OFFICE ONLY Must be able to work on-site during normal business hours. (No remote work. No exceptions.) License Requirement (Mandatory)
Must be active and in good standing The Role
Quote, sell, and bind Personal Lines insurance Handle inbound and outbound lead opportunities Manage your own lead pipeline Follow agency sales systems, scripts, and CRM Focused on new business production Compensation
Competitive commission on NEW business No cap on earnings Higher splits available with production Customer service provided 90-Day Producer Trial (Non-Negotiable)
First 30 days: activity standards met, first policies bound 60 days: consistent quotes and binds 90 days: minimum production required to remain Failure to meet production standards will result in separation. Who this position is for
