We are looking for a highly skilled Key Account Manager to join our team. The candidate should be able to bring valuable know-how on finding new clients and closing deals quickly.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company goals

Identify and target potential clients in the IT industry

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients

Negotiate and close deals efficiently

Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to align sales strategies

Monitor and report on sales performance and KPIs

Requirements

Proven experience in IT Sales

Previous experience working in companies like Hays, Qperior, Solcom, or similar

Excellent communication skills in German (C1) and English (C1)

Strong negotiation and closing skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
