Sales Associate – Responsibilities As a Sales Associate, you will create an exceptional experience for our golfers while assisting them in identifying the right fit golf equipment. Extending a positive attitude, having professionalism, and communicating at a high level of understanding of golf equipment and merchandising will be the key to success.
Responsibilities
Greeting and building rapport with guests
Guiding customers through the equipment selection process
Merchandising and keeping product organized
General operational and inventory duties
Preferred Qualifications
A love for and experience in the game of golf
Golf equipment sales experience
Required Qualifications
3 years of sales experience
Above average knowledge of golf equipment and technology
Ability to work 20-40 hours per week, as well as opportunities for overtime during busier seasons.
Availability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs, including weekends and evenings.
Physical Requirements
Ability to work on your feet for a prolonged period of time.
Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
Compensation
$18 - $24 per hour based on previous experience
