As a Personal Lines Inside Sales Representative at Liberty Mutual, you’ll be the first point of contact for inbound calls from new and existing customers seeking personal lines insurance solutions. You will gather information to provide informed, tailored insurance proposals based on the caller’s needs. Expect to spend a significant portion of the day on the phone, managing high call volumes while balancing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. We’re looking for tech-savvy, self-motivated representatives who can thrive in a performance-driven environment. Qualified applicants will reside within 50 miles of our Plano, TX or Liberty Lake, WA office. Responsibilities
Handle inbound calls from customers seeking personal lines insurance solutions. Gather information to prepare informed, tailored proposals based on caller needs. Manage high call volumes and balance multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Demonstrate proficiency with technology and maintain a performance-driven mindset. Qualifications
Bilingual in English and Spanish. 2+ years of customer service, sales, or insurance experience. Effective time management and organizational skills. Ability to think, speak, and type efficiently while engaging with customers. Residence within 50 miles of Plano, TX or Liberty Lake, WA; hybrid in-office and remote work required. High school diploma required; college preferred. Ability to obtain required resident and non-resident insurance licenses. Ability to work during Licensed Sales Center operating hours. Compensation and Schedule
Compensation: $58,000-$65,000 first-year total compensation; $45,000 base salary plus uncapped monthly sales incentive; base salary differential for certified bilingual Spanish speakers. Unlicensed training begins March 23, 2026; licensed training begins April 6, 2026. Paid training: 6 weeks licensed or 8 weeks for those pursuing a Property & Casualty License and Personal Lines producer license. Training hours: Monday–Friday 7:00 am–3:30 pm PST or 9:00 am–5:30 pm CST. Post-training shift will be assigned based on performance and business needs. Hybrid schedule: in-office three days per week (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday) with option to work from home Monday and Friday; operating hours 7:00 am–7:00 pm (Mon–Fri) and 7:00 am–5:00 pm (Sat–Sun).
