Fennemore is looking for a full-time HYBRID LEGAL ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT to support the Phoenix, Arizona home office. The Legal Administrative Assistant supports multiple REAL ESTATE attorneys. You should have at least 5 years of related experience. This position is eligible for a hybrid work schedule with three in-office days and two remote workdays each week, subject to an initial training period.

Responsibilities
Draft basic correspondence
Document preparation, compilation, and review
Manage billing and confirmation of collections
Provide support for real estate transactions and closings, including coordinating the execution and delivery of transaction and closing documents, and preparing signature packets and closing binders
Talk with clients telephonically, in-person, and by email
Handle general office administrative tasks
Nurture a productive office in a respectful environment with a focus on client service
Other responsibilities as assigned
Qualifications
Minimum of 5+ years of LEGAL ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT transactional experience in REAL ESTATE
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint), DocuSign, Adobe, Kofax, document management (iManage), and time entry systems required
Excel, 3E billing software, CCC Macro or Forte, Intapp, and Box.com preferred
Familiarity with county assessor records and parcel viewer tools a plus;
Active Notary Public commission (or willingness to obtain one)
Adherence to the highest standards of ethical conduct, especially to standards governing confidentiality and the ability to carefully handle and protect sensitive information
Excellent interpersonal skills
Strong knowledge of the English language, including excellent spelling, grammar, punctuation, form, and style
Superior organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage several projects to completion on a deadline
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
