Overall IT experience of 12+ years Worked on IBM Sterling Order Management System for around 8+ years Experience with Sterling OMS v10 and IBM Call Center 5 to 7 years of experience in Java/J2EE, including Sterling OMS configurations and enhancements Ability to write complex programs using the Sterling Implementation Framework Strong concepts in Database, J2EE, XML, and XML manipulations Experience with Agent Servers configurations Extensive work on Services Definition Framework of Sterling package Development/deployment experience on cloud platforms, preferably AWS Leadership in architectural and solution discussions with clients Presenting solution options to clients and negotiating Leading offshore teams on development and tracking progress Advising customers on order management best practices and minimizing customization Overseeing project lifecycle from kickoff to implementation Coordinating tasks with internal and external technical resources Excellent written and verbal communication skills
