Designer In this role, you will be a Senior Product Designer, working as an integral part of the product team to create solutions that align with business needs. Your expertise will support the product team and stakeholders, leading the design process from idea to implementation. You will need to navigate the complexities of the overall solution, understanding how each component can adapt, evolve, or be phased out as new features are introduced. By doing so, you’ll contribute to building robust and effective solutions that can grow and scale with the business. Leading the design process from concept to implementation, ensuring a seamless transition from ideas to finished solutions. Collaborating closely within the team with the product owner, tech lead, and developers to align on vision and execution. Building connections beyond the team, working with other development teams, engineers, solution users, and stakeholders to gather insights and feedback. Creating visual communication tools to guide the process, such as gigamaps, low- and high-fidelity prototypes, and storytelling elements. Ensuring design consistency across different IOC products, maintaining alignment with the Equinor Design System (EDS) and its established design principles. Qualifications
