Strong knowledge of Regulatory Compliance and understanding of Regulatory Requirements
Excellent Analytical Skills to identify and mitigate potential compliance risks
Effective Communication skills, including the ability to communicate complex information clearly across teams
Experience or skills in Quality Assurance to evaluate and improve compliance processes
Attention to detail and familiarity with financial regulations and policies
Prior experience in the banking or financial services industry is a plus
