The primary purpose of this role is to represent the company in the field, selling and delivering products while operating your own business. This location is an established route, with the specifics available for interested parties for review. Wise will support you with training, snack knowledge, handheld equipment, and the product line that will set you up in your own business. You provide the effort and energy to maximize your sales and profits for your business./ppYoull ensure Executions Standards on all stores:/pulliMaximize the use of space to increase sales/liliSeek and secure all opportunities for incremental sales/liliShow the proper use of POS to drive sales/liliEnsure servicing the stores accordingly to their sales to eliminate Out of Stock/liliMeet all sales goals and be able to generate new leads to solicit new business and build their organizations client base/liliManage inventory and place orders/liliLoad, unload, and drive the products to their appropriate destinations/li/ulpYoull ensure growth in a profitable way:/pulliService stores/liliGrowth routes in order to split off and have new routes to increase service and sales/liliIntelligent and tactical use of discounts for customer and jobber to maximize sales/liliSet up and manage a route to reduce cost: RTM, Time Management, Educate on Good business practices/li/ulpEducation
