Lionsgate is currently seeking an intern to support the C-Suite executive level at the company. Responsibilities

Learn how to provide daily administrative support including but not limited to rolling calls, scheduling meetings, coordinating travel arrangements, providing remote support, submitting expense reports, etc. Set up meeting spaces (in-person and/or virtual) and follow-up on any agenda items as appropriate. Prepare materials as needed for internal and external meetings, in addition to organizing all reports, scripts, and screenings that come in. Maintain an updated roster of the Chief Executive Officer's address book. Ad hoc projects as assigned Skills

Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university pursuing an undergraduate degree in Business, Finance, Marketing or similar field Strong interest in the business side of the industry Excellent oral and written communication skills Highly organized and detail oriented Effective time management skills Internship Details

Interns must not work more than 40 hours per week Must be actively enrolled in an accredited college or university and pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree Interns must be current rising juniors through recent grads (within 6 months of internship start date) Graduate students are eligible to apply Interns must be available to work for the entire length of the program All internships are paid Most internship positions will require working 4 days in office To Apply
