divh2This Role Will Be Onsite 5 Days/Week At Our Millsboro, De Location With After-Hour Responsibilities For Building Emergencies And Data Center Repairs, Testing, And Maintenance./h2pOverview:/ppSupervises maintenance of the Banks real estate through assigned employees and/or contracted staff to provide a safe and efficient workplace and banking environment for our customers, employees and tenants. Oversees maintenance activities in the Banks Real Estate portfolio, by ensuring a safe and efficient workplace and banking environment for employees, tenants and customers./ph2Primary Responsibilities:/h2ulliOversight of Data Center systems (cooling/power), inspections and checklists and off-hour testing and repairs./liliSupervise mechanics and oversee the daily operation, maintenance and repair of mechanical and electrical systems, structural components and resolution of problems./liliAssist Property Management with managing the bid process and overseeing capital and/or expense projects within regional assignment./liliAssist management with long-range planning and administration of occupancy, operating and capital budgets within a given region./liliOversee and coordinate maintenance activities of outsourced maintenance staff, janitorial/porter services and other contracted services and trades./liliOversee daily operation, maintenance and repair of mechanical systems and structural components./liliWork with building occupants to coordinate repairs and minimize disruption to ensure a safe working environment./liliSchedule and coordinate incoming service requests and work orders./liliExercise usual authority of a manager concerning staffing, performance appraisals, promotions, salary recommendations, performance management and terminations./liliUnderstand and adhere to the Companys risk and regulatory standards, policies and controls in accordance with the Companys Risk Appetite. Design, implement, maintain and enhance internal controls to mitigate risk on an ongoing basis. Identify risk-related issues needing escalation to management./liliPromote an environment that supports belonging and reflects the MT Bank brand./liliMaintain MT internal control standards, including timely implementation of internal and external audit points together with any issues raised by external regulators as applicable./liliComplete other related duties as assigned./li/ulh2Scope Of Responsibilities:/h2pThe position is responsible for maintenance of property and the image it portrays./ph2Supervisory/Managerial Responsibilities:/h2pThe jobholder is responsible for overseeing maintenance for assigned properties including oversight of contract personnel./ph2Education And Experience Required:/h2ulliHigh school diploma or equivalent (GED) or relevant vocational trade school and a minimum of 4 years property management experience/liliPrior leadership experience/liliStrong electrical and mechanical background/liliKnowledge of mechanical, electrical and building trades/liliKnowledge of power tools and test equipment/liliValid drivers license/liliGood verbal and written communication skills/liliFamiliarity with personal computers/liliStrong organizational skills/liliStrong problem-solving skills/liliExperience reading blue prints and schematic drawings/li/ulh2Education And Experience Preferred:/h2ulliAbility to be on call 24 hours a day 7 days a week/liliWorking knowledge of all codes and regulations/li/ulh2Physical Requirements:/h2pMT Bank is committed to fair, competitive, and market-informed pay for our employees.
