Were hiring a Territory Account Manager at our rental facility in Charleston, WV, and were looking for someone whos ready to grow with us, bring energy and drive to their work, and help us build the future of construction./ppTerritory Account Managers will be responsible for expanding our existing customer base by building relationships with contractors and construction company principals. Core Solutions branches offer construction equipment rentals including aerial equipment, earth moving equipment, material handling equipment and more. Pay: $70,000 - $400,000+ Total Compensation (Uncapped commission with no market restrictions + base salary)/ph3Primary Responsibilities/h3ulliTerritory management of a geographical area. Responsible for the full sales strategy execution from market analysis, sales forecasting, pipeline management and revenue growth, through contract negotiation and customer retention./liliQuickly respond to inbound leads and requests. Familiar with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems./liliNew business development and client acquisition/account development. Expand our existing customer base by building relationships with contractors and construction company principals. Tell them about the numerous ways EquipmentShare can help save them money, make more money and operate more efficiently. In other words, educate them on how EquipmentShare solves their problems!/liliMaintain and nurture existing customer relationships to ensure our customers are 100 percent satisfied with the level of service and support they receive from EquipmentShare. Keep them up-to-date about new or additional ways in which EquipmentShare can help improve their business with our comprehensive jobsite solutions./liliPromptly respond to and resolve customer inquiries, requests, complaints or other communications.
