Once assigned to a territory, the Inside Sales Coordinator is responsible for all aspects of Sales, Marketing, and Account Management for all accounts within the assigned territory./ppIn addition to traditional inside sales responsibilities, the role also supports the Marketing department by assisting with website content review, submittal drawings, brochures, promotional materials, and coordinating document updates between Marketing and Engineering to ensure accuracy and consistency./ppJOB DUTIES/ppstrongInside Sales Responsibilities/strong/pulliProcess Purchase Orders./liliProcess Return Material Authorizations/liliPerform general customer service duties within the department respond to emails, answer phones, communicate issues to manager./li/ulpstrongMarketing Support Responsibilities/strong/pulliAssist with periodic review and updates of website content./liliSupport the organization and revision of submittals, brochures, product data sheets, and related materials./liliCoordinate between Marketing and Engineering to ensure accurate, current customer-facing documents and remove obsolete versions./liliProvide feedback from customers and reps to help improve marketing and technical collateral./li/ulpQUALIFICATIONS/ppstrongExperience and Educational Qualifications/strong/pulliMinimum High School Diploma required./liliAssociates Degree preferred (Business, Marketing, Engineering Technology, Communications, or related field)./liliStrong computer skills with working knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)./liliStrong verbal and written communication skills./liliAttention to detail and accuracy in handling customer and product information./liliAbility to read and interpret basic engineering drawings, specifications, and technical data sheets./liliFamiliarity with digital document management and revision control./liliGeneral understanding of website content structure and ability to identify outdated or inconsistent information./liliComfort with PDF review/editing tools (e.g., Adobe Acrobat) and shared digital platforms such as SharePoint or Teams./li/ulpstrongDesired Traits/strong/pulliRelated clerical or customer service experience preferred./liliExceptional phone and communication skills./liliAbility to work effectively and build relationships across Sales, Marketing, Engineering, and Customer Service./liliProjects a consistent, reliable presence that inspires calm and confidence in team members and customers./liliAbility to drive and deliver on time while working semi-autonomously./liliStrong organizational skills to coordinate multi-department document reviews and updates./liliKeen attention to branding, formatting, and consistency in customer-facing materials./liliAbility to translate customer feedback into actionable input for marketing content improvements./li/ul/div
