Through interactive training, mentoring from successful commercial lenders, and hands-on administration of customer portfolios, you will achieve valuable analytical skills, sales experience, and an understanding of Frosts relationship management process and culture. Our associate relationship managers are adaptable, inquisitive and strive to create and build relationships with our customers, that last a lifetime./ppWhat youll do:/ppAttend Financial Services University (FSU). FSU is a comprehensive hands-on formal credit training program focusing on financial analysis training, learning the best use of lending systems, and understanding Frost culture/ppDevelop loan packages and make recommendations by analyzing size, structure, and conducting approval assessments/ppBecome familiar with your clients and their business to understand and act on their needs/ppAchieve monthly call and product sales goals set by the sales coach/ppReport weekly activity and marketing results to the sales coach of business banking/ppManage and support loan commitments with accuracy and efficiency/ppChampion Frosts philosophy and core values in the work you do by caring for your clients, having a willingness to do more than youre asked because its the right thing to do, and doing so with excellence/ppProcess referrals from the financial center relationship managers and other areas of the bank for small business products, including loans, depository accounts, trusts, and cash management services/ppSupport specific financial centers defined geographic areas, specific census tracts, and customer relationships once products are sold and accounts are opened/ppStay up to date on bank products and services by regularly attending training classes/ppWhat youll need:/ppBachelors degree in business, preferably accounting or finance, with a minimum 2.75 GPA/pp6+ hours of accounting or equivalent graduate-level coursework/ppExcellent written and verbal communication skills/ppStrong organizational and time management skills/ppPrevious banking experience and knowledge of bank products/ppProficient in Microsoft applications/ppAdditional preferred skills:/ppGPA of 3.0 or better in your major/ppUndergraduate or graduate coursework emphasizing financial statement analysis/pp9+ hours of Accounting, including Intermediate Accounting I, or equivalent graduate level Accounting/ppFrost Benefits:/ppAt Frost, we care about your health, your family, and your future and strive to have our benefits reflect that.
