Previous dealership or automotive experience is preferred, but we will train the right person who demonstrates a strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn./ph3Essential Job Duties/h3pAssist technicians and customers at the parts counter/ppLearn to identify, price, and invoice OEM and aftermarket parts/ppPull, stage, and distribute parts for service and body shop operations/ppAssist with inventory organization, cycle counts, and bin accuracy/ppProcess parts orders, returns, and warranty transactions/ppCommunicate effectively with service advisors, technicians, and management/ppMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment/ppFollow all dealership policies, procedures, and manufacturer guidelines/ph3Qualifications/h3pAutomotive or parts experience preferred but not required/ppWillingness to learn GM parts systems and dealership processes/ppStrong attention to detail and ability to multitask/ppProfessional attitude and strong customer service skills/ppAbility to work in a fast-paced environment/ppValid California drivers license with acceptable driving record/ph3Physical
