management and sales experience preferred./ppPhysical Job Requirements: Job requires lifting of moderate to heavy weights on a regular basis./ph3Primary Functions:/h3pEnsure the Personal Training Department hits monthly total sales revenue goals./ppResponsible for 80% PT revenue sales through FD personal production./ppPersonally conduct complimentary fitness assessments and personal training sessions as required to maximize PT Sales and Retention./ppResponsible for Hiring, Training, and Developing Personal training staff in regards to service, science, and sales./ppEnsure that all training staff has a valid and current personal training certification from a nationally accredited certifying body including but not limited to ACE, AFAA, NASM, NSCA, and ACSM OR a Bachelors Degree or higher in a related field such as Exercise Physiology, Kinesiology, Biomechanics, etc./ppHelp to ensure that the club is clean, well maintained, and that all equipment works properly./ppManage personal training staff in regards to club labor budget./ppConduct on-going service and sales training with all Personal Training staff./ph3Physical Demands:/h3pThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
