divh2Brokerage Coordinator/h2pThe Brokerage Coordinator will report to the Operations Manager and will serve as the support for the fee-earner and/or team. This position is responsible for support and management of client service activities such as pitch and proposals, transaction support, and fee-earner administrative support. The Brokerage Coordinator will interact with various departments within the organization on behalf of the fee-earner to ensure they are able to meet the needs of their clients./ppESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES/pulliManage database/liliManage content creation process with regards to timeline and production cycle/liliCoordinate with other departments based on the needs of the fee-earner/liliSupport timeliness of deliverables/liliProvide sales and deal support/li/ulpKEY RESPONSIBILITIES/pulliPitch and proposal coordination/liliManage coordination with Marketing, Research, and Financial Analyst on behalf of fee-earner for the creation of pitch/proposal and deliver content as necessary/liliPopulate template market documents such as tour books, property flyers, and brochures/liliCreate or assist with production and design marketing and collateral deliverables (ex: pitch presentations, proposals, property flyers, brochures, marketing eblasts, event invitations, tour books, floor plan edits, updating stacking plans)/liliAbstract leases and draft proposals with direction from supervising CW real estate professional/liliCompile information to be used in periodic landlord leasing activity reports/liliOrganize transaction documents, including confidentiality agreements, leases, contracts, listings, closing documents, etc for deal submission./liliHandle client contact lists, including database management/liliPrepare expense reports, schedule meetings, book travel./li/ulpMAINTAIN CRM/pulliEnter new leads and opportunities into the CRM system and update accordingly/liliSchedule meetings with Client on behalf of fee-earner and coordinate any other arrangements as needed/liliAssist in planning, scheduling, and promoting of fee-earner hosted events/liliCoordinate travel and other logistics for fee-earner as necessary/liliPrepare deal related documents and provide to fee-earner for review, approval, and delivery/liliConduct Other Administrative Duties as necessary/li/ulpBACKGROUND AND EXPERIENCE/pulliBachelors Degree (Business, Marketing, Communications, or Finance a plus) preferred/lili3+ years experience in a professional organization or equivalent educational experience/liliAdministrative experience for executive level professional for more senior positions preferred/liliAdvanced knowledge of Microsoft Office/liliIntermediate knowledge of Adobe InDesign, Photoshop and Salesforce a plus/li/ulpCOMPETENCIES/pulliExcellent written and oral communication skills/liliAbility to multitask/liliAbility to take direction from multiple sources/liliExcellent project management skills/liliExcellent attention to detail/liliDemonstrated aptitude to solve problems and navigate through obstacles/li/ulpCushman
