Associates in all positions play an integral role in our business./ppWhat Youll Do: Our Part-Time Retail Sales Associates (Stylists/Sales Support) create an unforgettable shopping experience that leaves our customers inspired and feeling their best. While the primary responsibility of a Part-Time Retail Sales Associate is to deliver excellent customer service and build wardrobes; sales associates will also participate in visual merchandising and maintaining store presentation, while focusing on the customers needs to achieve sales goals./ppWhat Youll Get in Return:

Cash Wrap/Cashier: use our modern store technology (ie: POS, payment systems, tablets, headsets for communication) to be well-informed on company priorities and promotions in-store and online; deliver a seamless, omni-channel shopping experience; promote our loyalty programs and credit services
Maintain maurices visual and operational standards while keeping the focus on the customer
Product Flow/Shipping and Receiving: support the shipment process to gain awareness of product, whats new and whats already on the floor; contribute to the completion of omni order fulfilment processes including in-store and curbside pick-up/ppPosition Requirements:
At least 16 years of age
A willingness to relate to customers of all ages and backgrounds
Goal/Achievement oriented
Some technical aptitude
Ability to follow directions and work with a sense of urgency in a fast-paced environment, while working through competing priorities
