This role is pivotal in ensuring that each branch operates efficiently, meets financial goals, and maintains high standards of patient care and satisfaction. Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer (COO), the Regional Operator will provide strategic leadership, drive process improvements, and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations./ppReports To: Chief Operating Officer (COO)/ppDirect Reports: Practice leadership within assigned regions/ppState of Arizona/ppKey Responsibilities/pulliBranch Management: Supervise and manage day-to-day operations of all branches within the region to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies./liliProcess Improvement: Identify areas for operational improvement and implement best practices to enhance productivity and patient care./liliResource Allocation: Ensure optimal allocation of resources, including staff, equipment, and facilities, to meet operational demands./li/ululliBudget Oversight: Develop, manage, and oversee branch budgets, ensuring financial targets are met or exceeded./liliFinancial Reporting: Prepare and present financial reports, including variance analysis and forecasting, to senior management./liliCost Control: Implement cost-saving measures without compromising quality of care or operational efficiency./li/ululliRecruitment and Onboarding: Assist with the recruitment and onboarding of new staff members, ensuring branches are adequately staffed with qualified personnel./liliEmployee Relations: Address routine HR issues such as conflict resolution, employee grievances, and disciplinary actions in accordance with company policies and procedures./liliCompliance: Ensure all HR practices within the branches comply with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations./li/ululliLeadership Development: Mentor and support practice leadership to enhance their management skills and effectiveness./liliTraining Programs: Develop and implement training programs to ensure continuous professional development of staff./liliPerformance Management: Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement./li/ululliRegulatory Adherence: Ensure all branches comply with federal, state, and local healthcare regulations and standards./liliPolicy Implementation: Develop and enforce policies and procedures to maintain high standards of practice and patient safety./liliAudit Readiness: Prepare for and participate in internal and external audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements./li/ululliPatient Experience: Monitor patient satisfaction scores and implement initiatives to improve the patient experience./liliFeedback Systems: Establish and maintain systems for collecting and responding to patient feedback./liliQuality Care: Ensure branches provide high-quality care that meets or exceeds patient expectations./li/ululliGrowth Initiatives: Contribute to the development and implementation of strategic plans to drive regional growth and service expansion./liliMarket Analysis: Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities for new services or branch locations./liliPartnership Development: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers, community organizations, and regulatory bodies./li/ululliContinuous Improvement: Lead quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and operational efficiency./liliBenchmarking: Utilize benchmarking data to set performance standards and goals./liliInnovation: Foster a culture of innovation and encourage the adoption of new technologies and practices that improve patient outcomes and operational performance./li/ulpRequirements/ppQualifications/pulliEducation: Bachelors degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.
