Partnerships position is a new role with high visibility in our growing company. You will be responsible for building and managing relationships within our partner network, with a focus on driving adoption of WeInfuses analytics and insights offering. Youll play a key role in supporting our sales pipeline by identifying opportunities, managing the full sales cycle, and closing new deals./ppThe Account Executive
Partnerships is a key member of our team. The position involves using all available tools to develop and qualify leads, host webinar and live demos, and execute a close. We are a results-oriented workplace, so we dont micromanage your process; however, we believe that the time-tested methods of hard work and great follow-up are the base ingredients to sales success. This individual will report directly to our VP of Sales./ppResponsibilities:/pulliBuild and manage relationships with industry partners and stakeholders to grow new business/liliProspect, qualify and generate sales leads using existing database, LinkedIn, and other outbound selling techniques/liliConduct high volume prospecting for qualified leads/liliSend follow-up emails and schedule calls and online demonstrations/liliWork with the team to manage the steps in the closing process including demos, negotiation, and contract execution/liliMeticulously maintain a streamlined CRM system and database for current and potential clients/liliCollaborate with internal teams (product, client success, leadership) to align on partner requirements and solution delivery/liliArticulate the value of WeInfuses aggregated analytics and industry insights/liliRepresent the company at industry events, conferences, and partner meetings as needed/liliContribute to the refinement of our go-to-market strategy for analytics and benchmarking solutions/li/ulpRequired Qualifications:/pulliBachelors degree/lili3+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or sales/liliProven track record of achieving and exceeding measurable goals/liliStrong experience in successfully prospecting and qualifying leads, gaining access to key decision makers and executing a close/liliStrong communication and consultative selling skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly/liliMust be detail-oriented, able to multi-task and have excellent follow-up and relationship-management abilities/liliMust possess excellent written and oral communication skills, including ability to communicate with all levels of org chart/liliExcellent computer skills: Adobe Acrobat, Google Suite and all Microsoft Office Applications/liliDemonstrable ability to learn various software applications quickly and fluently (including CRM systems)/liliTravel required (up to 50%)/li/ulp$80,000 - $180,000 a year/ppThis position offers a base salary plus uncapped commission.
