The key responsibility is to contact potential customers and share the Workday value messaging while also discovering the needs of the prospect and their organization./ppThrough a combination of email, phone calls, marketing qualified leads, social selling, and even face-to-face events, our team generates a quality pipeline by identifying qualified potential buyers and helping champion the relationship between the account and the Workday team./ph2Basic Qualifications/h2ulliBachelors Degree and a minimum of one (1) year of professional or industry-specific experience, which can include full-time employment, part-time roles, or internships/liliOR Two (2) or more years of equivalent, work experience in B2B Sales Development where a degree is not present/liliShown industry experience preferred in prospecting, inside sales, business development, high technology exposure, marketing, direct sales, or IT consulting/liliMust be business level in English and Japanese (both written and verbal)/li/ulh2Other Qualifications/h2ulliHighly motivated, tenacious, self-starter/liliAbility to hold a resourceful and significant, executive-level conversations/liliDetail oriented and strong organizational skills/liliKnowledge of Salesforce.com, Clari Groove, ZoomInfo/li/ulpThe annualized base salary ranges for the primary location and any additional locations are listed below. Workday pay ranges vary based on work location. As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants.
