Loan Documentation Specialist
, where you'll support the preparation and review of documentation for commercial, consumer, real estate, and construction loans. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on accuracy, compliance, and working in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.
What You'll Do
Prepare and review loan documents across multiple loan types
Enter and update customer information in the core banking system
Generate documents using LaserPro and manage required checklists
Verify HMDA, CRA, and Beneficial Ownership data
Ensure documents are accurately captured in the imaging system
Maintain credit covenant ticklers and aggregated debt information
What You Bring
Minimum 1 year of loan documentation or lending operations experience
Associate degree preferred, or equivalent experience
Experience using LaserPro software (required)
Strong attention to detail and comfort working with regulatory requirements
