We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team and take charge of the day-to-day operations of one of our e-bike stores in Jersey City, NJ./ppIn this role, you will oversee customer service, inventory tasks, and operational tasks, while ensuring that the store operates seamlessly./ppYour dedication will be rewarded with a competitive hourly rate of $18-$20 per hour, along with performance-based bonuses./ppJoin Whizz today and help us make transportation solutions faster, smoother, and more innovative!/ppKey Responsibilities:/ppstrongNew Customers:/strong/pulliHelp customers choose the right bike, battery, accessories, and services./liliAssist with signing up for subscriptions, processing payments, and setting up accounts./liliExplain bike features and make sure customers have a great first experience./li/ulpstrongExisting Customers:/strong/pulliSupport customers with repairs, payments, and subscription questions./liliCoordinate repairs with mechanics and perform minor bike adjustments when needed./liliHandle invoicing, service follow-ups, and work with customer accounts./liliInspect bikes and manage fines when necessary./li/ulpstrongOperations

Store Support:/strong/pulliPrepare reports about sales, inventory, and store operations./liliMonitor inventory levels and coordinate stock as needed./liliKeep the store clean, organized, and welcoming./liliAssist with opening and closing the store./liliSupport your team and supervisor with other tasks as needed./li/ul/div
