divh2Sales Engineer/h2pAs a Sales Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the teams ability to meet sales revenue goals. You will be responsible for orchestrating the free trial experience, navigating IT processes, conducting product training, and facilitating smooth hand-offs during onboarding. This position demands a blend of technical expertise, sales acumen, and exceptional communication skills to drive successful outcomes./ppAs a Sales Engineer, you will:/pulliSet up free trial accounts for prospective clients, coordinating and implementing technical steps such as DNS when necessary./liliReplicate and customize newsletters to showcase our softwares capabilities effectively./liliCollaborate directly with the prospects IT team to fulfill requirements necessary for securing deals./liliKeep the IT approval process on track by proactively following up on approval statuses./liliAddress any inquiries or concerns via email promptly and comprehensively./liliServe as a liaison between the sales and product teams, ensuring alignment on product knowledge and messaging./liliConduct comprehensive product training sessions for Account Executives (AEs), equipping them with the necessary insights to effectively showcase our solutions./liliParticipate in shadowing new AE calls, providing constructive feedback on product knowledge and sales techniques./liliEngage in product role-playing exercises with new AEs to enhance their proficiency./liliGather detailed technical setup requirements and meticulously document them in the CRM (Hubspot)/liliRelay technical setup notes to the onboarding team to facilitate a smooth transition from sales to implementation./li/ulpTo be successful in this position you will need:/pulliBachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field./liliProven experience in software sales engineering or a similar technical sales role./liliStrong understanding of IT processes and systems./liliExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders./liliProficiency in product demonstrations and training delivery./liliDetail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously./liliAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to evolving business needs/li/ulpWorkshop is a fast growing, venture-backed startup based in Omaha, Nebraska and were on a mission to create more happy Mondays for employees everywhere.
