Key responsibilities include:/h2ulliAnswering incoming calls and assisting with new service requests, cancellations, and account changes/liliAccepting and processing customer payments/liliInvestigating and resolving billing inquiries/liliUpdating and maintaining customer account information/liliCollaborating with drivers, dispatch, and other team members to address service issues and customer needs/li/ulh2What Were Looking For:/h2ullih22+ years of high-volume customer service experience/h2/liliProficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook/liliStrong verbal and written communication skills/liliA proactive, solutions-oriented mindset/liliA team player who cares about safety, service, and community impact/li/ulh2What Youll Get in Return:/h2ullih2Competitive hourly pay: $18
