We believe the care we provide truly matters and we would love to have you join our nationally recognized team!/ppThe Hospice Sales Representative is responsible for the successful selling of Affinity Hospice services in defined geographic territories and developing and implementing a comprehensive external and internal sales and marketing plan./ppHours / Schedule: Full Time/ppMinimum Qualifications:/pulliTwo (2) years of healthcare experience in a sales/marketing role preferably home health, hospice or a related industry./liliLicensed driver with automobile that is insured in accordance with organization requirements and is in good working order./liliAbility to work flexible schedule and travel independently within assigned territory./liliDemonstrates knowledge of and supports hospice vision, value statements, standards, policies and procedures, confidentiality standards and code of ethical behavior./liliMust have the ability to create a successful and meaningful marketing strategy for assigned territory./liliMust possess excellent interpersonal, communication and time management skills./liliMust be organized, have a high work ethic and possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills./liliAbility to work under stressful conditions to meet deadlines and the needs of referral sources./li/ulpKey Responsibilities:/pulliEducate physician offices/groups, hospitals, long-term care facilities (nursing homes, assisted living facilities, etc.) on the benefits of hospice services./liliIdentify and properly qualify opportunities, making presentations to key decision makers and overcoming objections./liliRequired to complete a minimum number of sales calls per day as outlined by Sales Manager./liliResponsible for maintaining accurate and complete records of referral sources, monthly activity, weekly activity and daily activity./liliResponsible for maintaining and documenting marketing expenditures and submitting expense reports in a timely manner./liliPerform market research and analysis./liliWork with interdisciplinary team to facilitate community education to physicians, hospitals, long-term care facilities, allied healthcare professionals and the community at large./liliFurnish marketing advice, counsel and general staff support to all departments within the company./liliClosely monitor external and internal environment for development of new market segments./liliDevelop marketing campaigns for existing or new services offered to include formulating a specific budget and expenditure for plan for each campaign./liliAssist with public relations outreach through speaking engagements, in-services and other involvement in community organizations, trade shows and co-marketing with allied healthcare professionals./liliPerforms other related duties as assigned or requested./li/ulpAffinity Hospice is an equal opportunity employer.
