Under the direction of a lead servicer, this position consistently provides excellent customer service to external and internal clients to ensure client satisfaction and retention./ppstrongPrimary Responsibilities/strong/pulliSupports lead servicer in effectively managing a high-volume book of business ensuring all required tasks are completed accurately and on-time to meet the client needs./liliSet up and maintain accurate account details, contacts, and policy information in EPIC/liliAttach, organize, and name documents in EPIC/liliLeverage templates and system generated letters and forms to produce standard communications to clients and carriers, including BOR, proposal letters, change requests, proofs of insurance etc./liliEndorse policy in EPIC/liliCreate activities in EPIC and assign applicable team-member./liliOrder loss runs/li/ulpstrongPosition Specific Skills/Qualifications/strong/ppstrongWork Experience/strong/pulli0-2 years experience in Commercial Property and Casualty/li/ulpstrongProfessional Licenses/Certifications/strong/pulliLicensed or obtaining state Property

Casualty insurance license within a specified time frame/li/ulpstrongEssential Skills/Competencies/strong/pulliKnowledge of Excel, Word, and other MS Office products to include basic formatting/liliAble to learn coverage fundamentals./liliDedicated to meeting the expectations and requirements of co-workers and clients. Working Conditions/strong/ppOffice work involves working at a desk most of the time, using a stand-up/sit-down adjustable desk.
