As part of our Branded Field Sales team, youll be responsible for identifying and winning new accounts on our fleet card programs across your assigned territory. Sales Territory: multiple available, role requires 50-75% travel How youll make an impact:/polliRegularly meet, and often exceed, your monthly KPIs (net cards, gallons, revenue)/liliIn tandem with your sales manager, develop a strategic plan for attacking your territory; both from a geographic and specific vertical segment perspective/liliResponsible for self-generating your own leads. WEX will support that effort, but you must be committed to finding your own business opportunities./liliQuickly build a robust pipeline of fleet opportunities, and consistently add to it/liliMaintain accurate records in Salesforce/liliBe a proactive communicator regarding your work/liliDemonstrate exceptional discovery and presentation skills through superior product and competitive knowledge/li/olh3Experience Youll Bring/h3ulli3-5 years of outside sales experience with proven client acquisition/liliDemonstrated consistent quota performance in a business-to-business sales environment/liliDemonstrated ability to sell against the competition/liliStrong prospect-channel identification, development and qualification skills/liliHigh degree of territory management capability/liliTravel is required, must be comfortable in air/vehicle travel/liliMust be able to pass a successful background investigation/liliIndependent contributor position/li/ulh3Preferred Qualifications/h3ulliIndustry knowledge in fleet management and or commercial payments/liliStrong relationship management skills/liliStrong time management skills/li/ulpSalary Pay Range: $65,000-$80,000 + Uncapped Commission Commission based role with OTE of $100,000+ The base pay range represents the anticipated low and high end of the pay range for this position. Actual pay rates will vary and will be based on various factors, such as your qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role. Base pay is one component of WEXs total compensation package. Most sales positions are eligible for commission under the terms of an applicable plan. Non-sales roles are typically eligible for a quarterly or annual bonus based on their role and applicable plan.
