Our commitment to advanced technology and attention to detail enables us to support brands in elevating their operations, particularly those featuring printable patterns and custom designs./ppWe are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Apparel Sales Specialist to drive business growth by promoting our comprehensive factory services to major retail clothing companies throughout North America. This role focuses on building and maintaining relationships at the corporate level with prominent retailers, such as those similar to Zara, HM, and Dynamite, where we excel in producing apparel with specialized printing patterns, custom designs, and high-volume manufacturing. The ideal candidate will leverage their industry expertise to sell our end-to-end solutionsincluding cut-and-sew, dyeing, embroidery, and fulfillmentwhile identifying new opportunities to partner with brands that prioritize innovative, pattern-focused clothing. This position offers flexibility to be based anywhere in the United States, with a strong emphasis on strategic sales to expand our footprint in the retail sector./ph3Responsibilities/h3ulliDevelop and execute sales strategies to target and secure partnerships with major retail clothing brands across North America, focusing on corporate-level decision-makers to promote our specialized manufacturing services for apparel with printable patterns and custom features./liliIdentify and pursue new business opportunities by prospecting retail stores and chains, conducting outreach, and presenting tailored proposals that highlight our competitive advantages, such as fast turnaround times, high production capacity, and proximity to the U.S. market./liliBuild long-term relationships with key accounts, including negotiations, contract management, and ongoing support to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business./liliCollaborate with internal teams, including production, design, and quality assurance, to customize solutions that meet client specifications for pattern printing, garment dyeing, embroidery, and other value-added services./liliConduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging retail needs, using insights to refine sales approaches and identify potential clients in the apparel sector./liliManage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals, including preparing quotes, handling objections, and achieving quarterly and annual sales targets./liliRepresent the company at industry events, trade shows, and virtual meetings to network and generate leads among retail buyers and manufacturers./liliTrack and report on sales performance metrics, pipeline activity, and client feedback using CRM tools to inform strategic decisions and continuous improvement./liliOccasionally travel to client sites or our facilities in Mexico as needed to facilitate deals and demonstrate our capabilities./li/ulh3Qualifications/h3ulliProven experience in apparel sales, with a track record of successfully selling manufacturing services or products to retail clothing companies at any level, including corporate headquarters or regional buyers./liliFamiliarity with selling into major retailers similar to Zara, HM, or Dynamite; alternatively, experience selling directly to apparel manufacturers will be considered./liliStrong understanding of the apparel industry, particularly in areas like pattern printing, custom garment production, cut-and-sew processes, and supply chain dynamics./liliExcellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex manufacturing solutions to non-technical stakeholders./liliSelf-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently in a remote setting while managing a national sales territory./liliProficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce), Microsoft Office Suite, and sales analytics tools./liliBachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Fashion Merchandising, or a related field preferred; equivalent professional experience will be considered./liliWillingness to travel up to 25% of the time for client meetings, trade shows, or facility visits./liliBilingual in English and Spanish is a plus, given our cross-border operations./li/ulh3Compensation/h3pWe offer a competitive base salary ranging from $120,000 to $175,000 annually, commensurate with the candidates level of previous experience and demonstrated success in apparel sales.
