divh2Inside Sales Representative/h2pThe Inside Sales Representative acts as the internal first line contact for assigned customer accounts. They are responsible for general and specific tasks related to the effective execution and support of the end-to-end sales cycle processes through account management and data analyzation. This position requires the following functions to meet customers needs: sales, expediting, quoting, and quality assurance./ppEssential duties and responsibilities include:/pulliWork to meet all established Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)/liliAlways represent the company professionally and courteously./liliPartner with Sales team to ensure account retention through seamless customer support, resource orchestration, and order fulfillment troubleshooting/liliData entry, quote support, record management, researching activities, logistics (communication with warehouse), shipment scheduling, etc. via defined processes/liliEffective management of all customers master data (IE: shipping conditions, contract pricing, customer contact information, CRM data, prior day invoicing, order entry etc.)/liliProactively drive account management while executing tasks to support the sales process and move opportunities forward./liliCollaborate professionally with cross functional teams to identify and resolve customer issues./liliWork to improve customer VMI program: add, change and delete items, and drive efficiency to improve service

profitability./liliFollow company guidelines to establish selling prices and profit margins. Actively research profitability concerns./liliSupport in preparing continuous improvement reviews for our customers./liliWork with established reporting tools for inventory review and new item additions./liliManage customer portals for demand, quote requests, and corrective actions/liliMaintain and build customer relationships to become a trusted consultative advisor/li/ulpJob description includes:/pulliRead and decipher customer prints to provide accurate customer quotes/liliRecommend and identify internal process improvements./liliRespond timely to requests via all modes of communication (IE: phone, fax, email or chat)/liliUp sell products and services through weekly sales or company promotions./liliPerforms other duties, as assigned./li/ulpQualifications, skills

abilities:/pulliBachelors Degree Preferred. High school diploma/GED/liliMinimum 3 - 5 years customer service/inside sales or related experience is required./liliIntermediate to Advanced experience in Microsoft Outlook, Word and PowerPoint./liliAdvanced Excel skills./liliSAP skills are advantageous./liliMust be able to read and analyze customer purchase orders, drawings and vendor-supplied reference material./liliAbility to analyze data to make decision and impacts for the customer./liliAbility to supply customers with professional written, computer-generated or verbal quotations and recommendations./liliMust be able to verbalize thoughts and information via phone and in person clearly and concisely./liliExcellent judgement and decision-making skills/liliAbility to establish credibility, respect and trust from internal colleagues and external customers./liliAbility to keep employees motivated, create a team environment and resolve conflict./liliMust occasionally lift, carry or move up to 25 lbs./li/ulpEqual Opportunity Employer/Protected Veterans/Individuals with Disabilities.
