This role requires excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment./ph3Responsibilities:/h3ulliAs directed by management, initiate, cultivate and maintain relationships with Independent Sales Organizations (ISOs), mortgage brokers and other similar entities to generate the referral of borrowers from these sources/liliPursue leads assigned by the company via phone and email./liliCollaborate with internal departments and management to support files process through the pipeline/liliMaintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline management/li/ul/div
