We operate exclusively in Texas major markets: Dallas-Fort Worth, Austin, Houston, and San Antonio./ppWeitzman is seeking an Associate Leasing Representative (ASR) to play a key role in driving temporary and permanent leasing activity at Golden Triangle Mall in Denton, Texas./ph3Responsibilities:/h3ulliAggressively source and generate qualified leads and new prospects for both temporary and permanent leasing opportunities at GTM and other assigned properties./liliSecure short-term license agreements and identify long-term tenancy opportunities that align with ownerships objectives./liliVisit competing malls, shopping centers, local retailers, and business districts to identify potential tenants. Research and qualify prospects through online databases, social media, and trade networks./liliBuild and maintain relationships with area brokers, franchise operators, and small business owners to uncover new opportunities./liliManage all aspects of the specialty leasing programfrom lead generation to execution of short-term license agreements./liliCoordinate execution of license documentation and ensure all compliance requirements (insurance, payments, operating rules) are met. Maintain regular communication with licensees to ensure compliance and renewals as appropriate./liliCollect and input monthly sales data and other performance metrics into the property system./liliMaintain accurate and updated prospect tracking reports detailing contact information, use type, interest level, and follow-up activity./liliConduct regular meetings with General Manager, Asset Manager, and Senior Leasing Representative to collaborate and review prospects, deal structures, and timing.
