Managed Sales Executive. The position will function as the primary face of Cutter Aviation and must be an exceptional relationship builder with the drive to provide world-class customer service. As the external representative of our company, the individual will seek to firmly establish Cutter and themselves as the target markets first choice for charter and aircraft management services./ppstrongKey Duties and Responsibilities/strong/polliUse a computerized flight scheduling system to understand aircraft availability/liliMaintain positive relationships with owners and clients and managed customers/liliDirect contact with clients and owners/liliDevelop and negotiate aircraft management contracts for Part 135 and Part 91 Fleets./liliDevelop and build working relationships with new and existing customers in order to understand their requirements for aircraft ownership and management./liliDevelop, implement and refine an effective marketing strategy./liliPrepare and deliver comprehensive responses to Requests for Proposal (RFP)./liliDevelop Sales campaigns based on market characteristics./liliWork with the company President and Flight Manager to formulate and coordinate programs to promote services./liliRepresent the company at trade exhibitions and networking events./liliMonitor industry trends that may affect business strategies./liliStay up to date on competitor activity to identify business opportunities./liliPromote and sell charter block-time products./liliSales of non-exclusive shared ownership for Pilatus 12/24 and HondaJet HA420./li/olpstrongExperience and Capabilities/strong/pulliMust have experience in the sale of aircraft and/or charter services./liliMust have experience in the listing and selling of turbine powered aircraft./liliMust have experience in negotiating sales contracts, agreements and partnerships./liliMust demonstrate good judgment in balancing the needs of the customer with the needs of the company./liliProven ability to interact in a team environment and work effectively with peers to accomplish objectives./liliMust be a self-starter able to operate with minimal supervision./liliExcellent oral and written communication skills./liliProven ability to manage concurrent projects and prioritize objectives, maintain focus and demonstrate a results-oriented work ethic./liliMust be willing to travel (approximately 25-50%)/liliMust have strong computer skills/liliMust be detailed oriented, organized and possess the ability to multitask under pressure of deadline/liliPossess proven skills in developing and maintaining customer relationships/liliProfessional in appearance and mannerisms/liliAble to develop a friendly rapport/liliHave a sincere desire to assist customers/liliActive listening skills./liliMust possess a sense of urgency and the ability to meet critical timelines./liliMust be self-motivated and be able to work with little or no supervision and to be able to see the big picture with respect to efficiency and profitability./liliMust be a team player, have great inter-personal skills and the desire to work cross functionally with multiple departments./li/ulpstrongEducation Requirements/strong/pulliMust have a High School Diploma or equivalent./li/ulpstrongOther Requirements/strong/pulliAble to pass a drug screening test/liliAble to pass a background check/liliClean driving record./li/ulpstrongPerformance Factors/strong/pullistrongAttendance and Dependability:/strong Employee must report to work at the scheduled time and seldom be absent or late.
