The ideal candidate will have the ability to connect with people in a meaningful way. They will have a hands-on approach that will contribute to satisfied and loyal clients./ppResponsibilities:/pulliRespond to group inquiries and other requests in a timely manner/liliBlock groups in hotel systems/liliPrepare, show rooms, and give tours to walk-in clients/liliCreate and distribute flyers for special events/liliOversee group blocks and rooming lists, ensuring accuracy using our reservation system/liliRoute billing, payments, etc./liliPrepare reports for revenue management and sales teams/liliAssist with scheduling and servicing meeting rooms as needed/liliOrder and inventory sales amenities and supplies/liliProvide support and sales insight/liliOther duties as assigned by management/li/ulpQualifications

Requirements/ppQualifications:/pulliMust have a positive attitude and willingness to learn./liliSales experience in hospitality or in a related field./liliPossess highly developed verbal

written communication skills./liliAbility to influence others, negotiate, provide friendly service and possess professional selling skills./liliMust be able to work independently and simultaneously manage multiple tasks./liliMust have attention to detail, meet deadlines and demonstrate strong organization and presentation skills./li/ulpPhysical Working Demands
