divh2Bloedorns Sales Representative/h2pProfessionally represent Bloedorns in the sales field managing existing and new customer relationships. Secure continued product sales and generate new product sales to existing customers, and continually seek out and form new relationships with prospective customers./ppPrimary job duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:/pulliBuild existing and prospective customer relationships through caring about their business, with effective listening, conversational understanding, and trust building, all with a sense of urgency and follow-through./liliDevelop sales strategies for each existing and prospective customer./liliForm and execute a daily plan that includes a defined purpose for all appointments, jobsite visits, and tasks to successfully achieve the Summary Statement./liliUtilize advance preparation for all appointments and jobsite visits./liliReview all appointments and jobsite visits to identify the next step./liliManage customer base through regular contact./liliMaintain an accurate customer Truth Sheet to assist in developing new sales strategies./liliMaintain an active Prospective Account list to assist in developing new sales strategies./liliMaintain an accurate and active quote log./liliDemonstrate effective organizational and time management skills./liliEffectively communicate customer requirements to sales support team./liliPossess in-depth product knowledge in all Truth Sheet categories./liliWith your location manager, prepare a monthly and annual sales budget and plan./liliAssist in resolving customer complaints and issues./liliAssist in accounts receivable collection, on a limited basis./liliBe willing to work hours required to achieve the Summary Statement, the annual sales budget, and the annual sales plan./liliAttend and participate in Bloedorns-sponsored training, when offered./liliPerform additional assigned duties or responsibilities based on individual location requirements./li/ulpQualifications:/ppContractor Sales Representatives must:/pulliPass a pre-employment drug, alcohol, background screen and Motor Vehicle Report (MVR)./liliSpeak, write, and communicate effectively in the English language./liliPossess construction industry knowledge and product knowledge./liliInterpret written, oral, diagrams, and schedule-form instructions./liliCalculate figures and amounts (i.e., discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, etc.)./liliUtilize Microsoft Office products (i.e., Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)./liliLearn and utilize Envisioneer software./liliPossess a positive, driven, and team-oriented attitude./li/ulpWork Environment / Physical Demands:/ppContractor Sales Representatives:/pulliWork in both an indoor and outdoor setting./liliOccasionally lift/move objects up to 100 pounds, stand, and walk./liliRegularly sit, use hands, reach with arms and hands, talk, and hear./li/ulpBloedorns is an Equal Opportunity, Affirmative Action employer.
