If you love coordinating moving parts, supporting field sales, and turning leads into loyal customers, this role was built for you./ph3What Youll Do/h3pAs an Account Advisor, youll support and accelerate commercial sales growth by managing leads, coordinating accounts, and ensuring smooth execution between customers, stores, and field sales partners./ph3In This Role, You Will:/h3ulliProactively engage professional customers through outbound phone, text, and email outreach (minimum 125 touches per week)/liliIdentify, qualify, and pursue new B2B opportunities with contractors, property managers, facilities teams, and institutional buyers/liliAct as the central quarterback for commercial leads, coordinating follow-up across Store Leaders, store teams, Professional Coatings Representatives (PCRs), and Business Development Managers (BDMs)/liliRespond promptly to inbound inquiries with accurate quotes, pricing, product information, and order support/liliBuild and manage repeatable quote sheets, pricing structures, and quote follow-up/liliSupport professional account onboarding and maintenance, including tier placement, special pricing, trade credit, purchase orders, and issue resolution/liliPartner closely with retail store teams to uncover B2B opportunities and support consistent execution of commercial strategies/liliTroubleshoot inventory gaps, discontinued products, and sourcing challenges by coordinating with vendors, Store Leaders, and Product/Inventory teams/liliMaintain accurate documentation in HubSpot CRM and ERP systems, ensuring strong pipeline visibility and prioritization/liliShare customer feedback, competitive insights, and market trends to support strategic decisions/liliCollaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Operations, Procurement, and Customer Service to deliver a seamless professional customer experience/li/ulh2What Were Looking For/h2h3Required:/h3ulliHigh school diploma or GED/lili12 years of experience in sales, account coordination, customer service, or a related role/liliProficiency with HubSpot CRM or similar CRM platforms/liliStrong communication skills with the ability to build trust and credibility/liliExcellent organization and follow-through in a fast-paced environment/liliAbility to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams/li/ulh3Preferred:/h3ulliB2B or professional sales experience/liliExperience working with contractors, property managers, facilities teams, or trade customers/liliFamiliarity with hardware, paint, or facilities maintenance product lines/liliPrior experience in outbound sales, lead generation, or cold calling/liliComfort supporting pricing discussions and coordinating across multiple stakeholders/li/ulh3Travel:/h3ulliUp to 10%, as needed/li/ulh2Benefits/h2ulli401(k) with Match Program
