They will train to understand the full use and benefits of Culligan products and services. long-term disability, 401K retirement with company match, company picnics and holiday parties, company discounts./ph3Duties and Responsibilities/h3ulliPromote a long-term relationship-building approach to sales to improve customer satisfaction and retention with residential customers/liliDevelop and improve standard/best practices in the sales toolbox: presentation formatting, financial documentation, lead generation methods, cost modeling/liliCorrespond with all leads and appointments as scheduled/liliAttend scheduled appointments assigned with professionalism and integrity/liliMaintain accurate records of all sales activities in relevant database/liliLearn, maintain and apply overall knowledge and technical information as it relates to the sales of all residential Culligan products/liliUnderstand customers needs and present viable solutions. Accurately represent capabilities, terms procedures without distorting dealership policy/liliMake an effective sales presentation so that the customer is adequately educated about the products and services available/liliClearly and completely document installation arrangements, pumps and other related equipment, check electrical/drain/liliTake ownership of a new customers account, and follow up with every new customer to ensure complete satisfaction and secure referrals/liliMaintain security of all customer information/liliParticipate in all promotional activities (trade shows, exhibits, etc.) as required/liliObtain minimum sales standards (see attached breakdown)/liliPerforms other related duties as assigned by management./li/ulh3Qualifications/h3ulliHigh school diploma or general education degree (GED), or one to three months related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience/liliComputer skills required: Contract Management Systems (EX: DocuSign, etc.); Human Resource Systems; Microsoft Office Suite; Project Management Software (EX: Monday.com)/liliCertificates, licenses and registrations required: Valid drivers license, Sales license, State licenses as required/liliOther skills required: Highly motivated and target driven with a proven record of accomplishment in sales.
