Entertainment is seeking an Account Executive to join the Wave Sales Team. The Account Executive will play a pivotal role in managing client relationships, driving revenue growth, and ensuring the successful execution of Wave Sports + Entertainments direct response campaigns. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, client management skills, and a deep understanding of the audio business with an emphasis on YouTube and Social distribution./ph3Key Responsibilities/h3ulliAchieve revenue targets and drive growth across Wave Sports ecosystem/liliServe as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, fostering strong relationships built on trust and collaboration to break new business, grow existing accounts, and manage campaigns./liliUnderstand clients business objectives, challenges, and opportunities to develop tailored digital audio strategies./liliExperience in selling branded content across social and video channels/liliRegularly communicate with clients to provide updates on campaign performance, discuss strategic recommendations, and address any concerns./li/ulh3New Business Development:/h3ulliIdentify opportunities for organic growth within existing audio client accounts by presenting additional Wave tactics: i.e.: experiential, social, and video/pre-roll/liliActively prospect and pitch to potential clients, preparing compelling proposals and presentations to showcase Waves capabilities and value./li/ulh3Campaign Strategy and Execution:/h3ulliMonitor campaign performance to drive maximize delivery and campaign effectiveness/li/ulh3Qualifications/h3ulliBachelors degree/lili2-3 years of proven experience in audio and/or direct response digital marketing and/or account management/liliExcellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively./liliDemonstrated success in building and maintaining client relationships, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service./li/ulh3Waves 5 Core Company Values/h3olliSimplify and Get It Done/liliMaster Your Craft/liliPractice Hospitality/liliBe Direct/liliFearlessly Pursue New Ideas/li/olpWe strive to hire individuals who embody these principles, as they are key to our success.
