HR solutions./ph3Position Summary/h3pWorks independently, to provide support to lead service and/or client advisors, by following established workflows and procedures on routine work. Has substantial understanding of the job and applies company policies and producers to complete all primary activities./ppMay also be responsible for other responsibilities, as applicable./ph3Primary Responsibilities/h3ulliSetup and maintain accurate account details, contacts, and policy information in EPIC/liliProcess renewals, endorsement, acknowledgments, cancellations and proofs of insurance/liliAttach, organize, and name documents in EPIC/liliInitiate endorsements, proofs of insurance and invoices/liliLeverage templates and system generated letters and forms to produce standard communications to clients and carriers, including BOR, client pre-renewal letters, proposal letters, change request, etc./liliCreate activities in EPIC and assign to applicable team member/li/ulh3Other Responsibilities, as applicable/h3ulliMay pull items such as MVR, CLUES, Risk Meters, RCE, etc./liliGenerate and send renewal proofs, if requested/liliCheck endorsement against request/liliDocument maintenance/retrieval/li/ulh3Position Specific Skills/Qualifications/h3h4Work Experience/h4h5Preferred/h5ulli2+ years experience in Personal Property and Casualty/li/ulh4Professional Licenses/Certifications/h4h5Required:/h5ulliMust hold state Property
Casualty insurance license/li/ulh4Essential Skills/Competencies/h4ulliKnowledge of Excel, Word, and other MS Office products to include basic formatting/liliKnowledge of agency management systems and Carrier sites./liliPossesses a basic understanding of property and casualty coverage./liliDedicated to meeting the expectations and requirements of co-workers and clients. Able to quickly find common ground and solve problems./liliAble to meet quality standards and achieve urgent tasks./liliStrong written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills/liliAble to follow a well-established and familiar set of activities and/or process to derive a solution./liliWorks to achieve stated objectives and delivers results at the close direction of a senior team member./li/ulh4Education/h4h5Required:/h5ulliHS Diploma or equivalent/li/ulh3Physical Demands
Working Conditions/h3pOffice work involves working at a desk most of the time, using a stand-up/sit-down adjustable desk.
