divh2Supervisor - Inside Sales/h2pAs the Supervisor - Inside Sales, you will assist branch management in the formulation of sales strategies and execute, plans and budgets to grow accounts, margin, and recruit new customers. You will provide leadership to assigned staff to meet and optimize established levels of business performance objectives, service, productivity, and quality. You will maintain positive employee morale while servicing customer base in an economical way./ppstrongResponsibilities:/strong/pulliProvides immediate supervision of inside sales and counter personnel./liliCoaches and mentors inside and counter staff on order entry, quotations, margin enhancement, problem solving, and communication etiquette./liliTakes leadership and direction from branch management and communicates to employees./liliAssists with team workload distribution./liliVerifies attendance records, provides input on hiring matters, assists with performance appraisals, takes direction on training and development of staff, and assists with disciplinary actions./liliAnalyzes trends and provides input on branch action plans to correct issues, improve service, and optimize productivity./liliServes as liaison with suppliers for return authorizations./liliDirects credit management in extension of credit and collection of accounts receivable le claims and deductions./liliProvides and organizes product training for team and vendors./li/ulpstrongQualifications:/strong/pulliHigh School Degree or equivalent required; Bachelors Degree preferred./lili5+ years required of inside sales experience./liliKnowledge of business and management principles, including strategic planning, resource allocation, leadership technique, production methods, and coordination of people and resources./liliKnowledge of principles and processes for providing customer service, including customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services and evaluation of customer satisfaction./liliAdministrative and clerical procedures and systems such as word processing, managing files and records and other office procedures and terminology./liliStrong verbal, written, analytical, persuasion and interpersonal skills./liliExcellent communication and computer skills./liliEffective time management./liliDemonstrate teamwork, leadership, and flexibility./lili2 years preferred of sales supervision and department site PL./lili3 years of electrical experience preferred./liliAbility to travel 0% - 25%./li/ulpCompensation Details: $74,909 - $112,364 Annually/ppAbout the Team: At Wesco, we build, connect, power and protect the world.
