In this role, you will be responsible for marketing, servicing, and providing support to Producers and Account Executives. You will use your collaborative mindset, analytical skills, and desire for constant improvement to maintain and expand all assigned accounts and process documentation on new accounts./ppAssist the Producer in identifying account-rounding and coverage enhancement opportunities/ppAnalyze carrier quotes and coverages to determine the best options for the client/ppReview new and renewal policies for accuracy in rating and coverage/ppProvide policy service including changes, payments, claims and third-party communications/ppAssist in presenting FIA products to new and existing customers by collaborating in renewal strategies, and preparing proposals/ppRespond to requests to research coverage issues, policy problems, cancellation issues, reinstatement issues, billing problems, claims history and underwriting issues/ppCollect detailed risk and underwriting information, including census data, survey data, and loss history/ppMaintain current knowledge of company underwriting and rating information. Follow agency standard procedures to maintain electronic files and information/ppAlways take action using Integrity, Caring, and Excellence to achieve all-win outcomes/ppTexas General Lines Agent License (Property

Casualty), or attainment within 90 days/pp2+ years in the commercial insurance field; or Bachelors Degree with 1 year insurance related experience; or obtained CISR/TIIA designation in Commercial Lines/ppAbility to retain a Book of Business between $450,000 and $650,000/ppOrganizational skills and the ability to multitask/ppExcellent written and verbal communication skills/ppProficient in Microsoft computer applications/ppExperience with Surety Bonds/ppInsurance professional designations such as CISR, ACSR, CRM, CIC/ppBachelors Degree/ppAt Frost, we care about your health, your family, and your future and strive to have our benefits reflect that.
